Vacation Memoriez is a computer desktop game, sending you on a trip, but never leaving your screen. Taking inspiration from online flash games, dress-up games, and outlandish travel stories, the player has the agency to create their own patchwork image, while facing edits and additions from chance occurrences. It integrates the user interface of the player's desktop as a medium, constraining the visual composition but offering boundless opportunity for customization, glitching, and expansion. As such, body parts are contained in windows, the travel destination is your desktop background, you can take travel photos with a screenshot, and everything is contained in folders the player can edit freely.
